At Mount Vernon, water & sewage, gas, and trash removal are included in the rental price of your apartment home. Residents will also have access to our 24-hour laundry care facility, business center, picnic area and playground, making Mount Vernon the perfect place to call home.
At Mount Vernon, the security deposit is due when you submit your application and is refundable upon move-out.
At Mount Vernon, the application fee is $25 per applicant or $30 for married couples and is non-refundable.

Mount Vernon is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home.
